Unfortunately last night someone tried to break into our store. We called total restoration in morning and in less than an hour josh was here. He was very professional and went above and beyond by sweeping the whole store and mats for glass particles. Really amazing service.

Just had my basement brought back to better than original after a flood in July. Many thanks to the Total Restoration crew Raul project manager, Jerreld and JoJo for painting, Gore and Keenan and another great lady but cant recall her name looked after my contents being removed and brought back.

While going through a flood can be a somewhat traumatic experience, from day one Total Restoration took control of the situation and systematically managed the problems giving me a trusted and confident experience right to completion. We had a major water leak in our home, and the restoration team was outstanding from start to finish. They moved us out efficiently, carefully removed all impacted areas, and worked seamlessly with other trades as the project transitioned from restoration into renovation. I had water damage in my bathroom and after calling Total Restoration they were here promptly pulling out wet damaged flooring and insulation. The cleanup was always top notch. Restoring my bathroom took a bit longer than I thought but after seeing all the recent reviews I can see how busy they were this summer! Communication with Raul was good.....he dealt with any concerns promptly and always returned my calls. My bathroom is all back together now and looks great! This is the second time (unfortunately) that I have experienced water damage for different reasons. Total Restoration has gone above and beyond to make a stressful situation much easier. From the initial call and set up of drying equipment to the contents pack up & repairs and the final reset of contents, the whole team was amazing. Thank you to Deanna, Stenno and the amazing Raul. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing restoration services.

I had a water leak in the basement after heavy rains this spring. I called Total right away to have it dried up. I was initially frustrated that they wanted to cut open the walls to make sure there wasn't any mold. I'm not one to spend money unnecessarily... and It seemed to me that things were dried out relatively quickly and I would have been comfortable leaving it alone. But Total was determined not to risk it. They're the pro's so I had to trust their expertise. They communicated directly with my insurance which made the process easier on me. And in the end their carpenters did a fantastic job! The drywaller in particular did much better than I expected. I can't even tell the wall was patched. I also had a moment of frustration when they wanted to install the original baseboards. I thought they were pretty messed up and definitely needed to be replaced. But the finishing carpenter did a great job with them and I couldn't be happier. This project wasn't without frustrations but in the end I would recommend that you just trust them. They're worthy of it.

Ryan Gregory has been wonderful as we navigate through a complete lower level emergency flood! We are in the middle of the process and are very pleased with how things are progressing. Ryan is a clear communicator and has handled all aspects of the job very professional and efficiently! I’ll post before and after pics once complete :)

Travis and Owen were fabulous… incredibly patient, empathetic and brought in the best equipment to restore a flooded area in my mother’s home. They went above and beyond!! Highly recommend.

We had a leak from one of our sky lights. We had minor water damage so not a huge job but we still received top notch service. A special shout out to Raul & Richard but their whole team was great. Raul was great at returning calls and scheduling was easy to arrange and his crew arrived on time. Richard’s (carpenter) work was excellent and I’d hire him again in a minute. Total Restoration did an excellent job. It did take 4 long months, but my home looks nice again. The communication could have been better, so I didn't have to chase things down. I wanted to take a minute to thank the entire team from first phone call made by my girlfriend because I was too upset phone when I had the flood in my brand new house. As a single mother, I purchased my own house first time in my life, I had rented for 15 years in my marriage. I am so proud of my little Home. The day the flood happened there was devastated. My sister recently required the services of Total Restoration and we found them to be professional, personable and highly skilled in the jobs that they performed. Raul was the point person that organized, communicated and executed the series of jobs that was required with professionalism and with a very friendly flair. Having to deal with an unexpected flood is no homeowners ideal situation. You know the fix will take time with so many moving pieces.
Raul, Stenno, Richard, Madelyn, Jeremy, Gordon and Larissa, Patricia and Ash all helped us tremendously over 3 months. The unexpected and expected. These teams are juggling multiple unexpected projects every day and despite this we felt taken care of.

Everyone was great to work with, the rebuild went exactly according to the schedule laid out from the beginning and communication was kept up throughout. The project manager from Total Restoration handled our disaster with such professionalism, and was clear from the get go with communicating the agenda.We had a water leak from the unit above us and dealing with so many levels of management on different levels can be extremely stressful.
