When will the points be posted to my account?
It can take up to 15-business days for points to show up in your More Rewards points balance. You can view your points activity in Points History. If you need help or if you think you are missing points from a transaction, please contact us.
If I make a return, will the points I received on the original purchase be withdrawn?
Yes. Returns will result in the points from the original transaction being debited from your More Rewards points balance.
Do I need my More Rewards card during a refund?
No, you do not require your card during a refund. The points will be automatically taken from your account.
How can I find out the balance of my More Rewards member account?
You can see your point balance at any time at morerewards.ca. Once signed in, your current account balances will appear in the top left corner of your screen beside your account name.
Where can I redeem points?
You earned it, now enjoy. Your points can be redeemed for a wide variety of free rewards! Use them to get free groceries, treat yourself or someone special with a gift card, or save them for an unforgettable experience or trip.
