What You’ll Do

As a Lead Flood Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting a team of technicians on restoration projects.
  • Performing demolition, water extraction, and structural drying.
  • Cleaning and deodorizing fire- and smoke-damaged properties.
  • Handling emergency flood situations with professionalism and urgency.
  • Safely moving and storing clients’ belongings with care and respect.
  • Working in all weather conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
  • Assisting with warehouse tasks and ensuring job site organization.
  • Following and enforcing all safety protocols while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in a rotating on-call schedule (evenings/weekends with overtime).

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in restoration, construction, or a related field (leadership experience an asset).
  • IICRC certification(s) preferred but not required.
  • Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and support others.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Dependable, accountable, and committed to quality work.
  • Willingness to pitch in across departments and foster a collaborative work culture.

Key Responsibilities 

Your main focus will be detailed cleaning and contents management for properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other damage. You’ll be: 

  • Cleaning contents and structures with precision and care.
  • Document and catalog restorable and non-restorable contents.
  • Packing, moving, and storing personal belongings securely.
  • Deodorizing and restoring items after smoke or fire damage.
  • Working both on-site at customer properties and in our warehouse.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
  • Willing to jump in and help in other departments when needed.

What We’re Looking For
